First National Bank Building
This historic, 1887 building, located on the corner of Main Street and 2nd Avenue, is known in town as the First National Bank Building. Patrick Bradley purchased the building along with four others and has partnered with the Austin Main Street Project to restore the building to its original beauty. It features 2,300 feet on the main floor and has undergone a major transformation, including restoration of the original leaded glass. The original parapet at the top was replaced with a more modern clock. New construction on the rear entrance has added a lobby and elevator to access the second floor and all adjoining properties.
